During the school holidays over 85 children enjoyed a fun-filled day at Kareela Reserve, Doonside.
The day was action packed with the participants getting involved in specific skill clinics, a trivia session with Panthers superstar and speedster Michael Jennings and up and coming hooker Masada Iosefa, a Harvey Norman Backyard league session and small modified games of Rugby League.
The skill level on the day was extremely impressive and the knowledge throughout the trivia was astonishing especially from the youngsters.
I would like to thank personally both Michael Jennings and Masada Iosefa for taking time on the day. They were brilliant with the kids and you could see the excitement in every kids eyes.
I would also like to say a HUGE thank you to the Doonside JRLC for all their assistance. It would not have been possibly without all their help.
